Great relaxed experience. I felt Langley Chrysler had our interests at heart. We met Guri Rai and we’re very comfortable talking with him about our needs. We were introduced to sales manager JP DeClerck and he spent so much time with us going over options and making the process smooth. Lastly, we met with Jen Wernicz in finance at the end of the day. She tied everything up so nicely and we never get any stress or pressure to buy a vehicle. We were able to pick what we wanted and left at the end of the day, very satisfied. I must also add that when I phoned back to get a cover out on the truck, I dealt withNeelam Rai who answered all my questions and arranged for a rental car for me so I didn’t have to sit around. It’s so nice that she is empowered to make decisions without being out on hold. Great experience.
