Your company stands out as one of the best. My research into getting this done revealed a great deal of frustration from many trying to do the same thing such as a straight out ‘no’ , lack of a return call to the request for service, charges for the work etc.
I sent one e mail to your service department, received a response, got a phone call requesting a VIN no., was told there would be no charge, the part was not in stock but had been ordered and was expected in one day.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with your courteous, prompt and efficient service. I will make sure I tell others and congratulate you on your excellent customer service.
