Let me tell you of my recent service…I arrived at 8am for my peace-of-mind service and realized that I’d left my wallet at home in Mission. I felt that my only option was to reschedule as I couldn’t pay for the servicing that day. When I drove in, there was service staff waiting and they were all over my car like bees on honey. I was impressed. The manager would not hear of that and instructed the fellow who did my intake to write up the service as a Promotional Service. He even dug into his pocket to offer me enough change to go and get some breakfast. They took the stress completely out of the situation and I was greatly appreciative. Please pass my sincere thanks to all those who treated me so well that morning.
