Since this was the first time I had ever factory ordered a vehicle, I wasn’t aware that there would be a couple of hiccups along the way, but you handled my questions in a very professional manner and always found out what the delays were and got back to me when you had information.The success of a company cannot be measured only by the bottom line (profit), but by those who contribute to its success from ownership to the service department and all those departments between. Rich, no doubt, you have a big role in that success. When you said you were there for a customer, I can definitely say you were.
